Instructions

Abstract Submission:

• The proposals of communications can be on any topic covered by CLAD either Theory & Methods or Applications.

• Portuguese and English are the official languages of the meeting.

• Proposals of contributed communications (abstracts) should be written in Latex, in English and be two pages in length (A4 size) using the available zip file JOCLAD2021_Resumos_Template.zip.

• Abstracts of the contributed communications either oral or poster should be submitted by sending an e-mail to resumosjoclad2021@gmail.com, by September 15th, 2021.

• When submitting your work, you should be explicit about the format you do prefer either oral talk or poster. Otherwise, your proposal will be dealt as a proposal for an oral talk.

• Poster communication: the poster dimensions cannot exceed 84.1cm (width) and 118.9cm (height).

• The JOCLAD2021 Organization Committee will inform the authors on the acceptance of the communication by the Scientific Committee until October 11th, 2021.

• Only accepted communications with at least one registered author (with valid payment) by November 8th, 2021 will be included in the Book of Abstracts.

• The acceptance of a communication by the Scientific Committee and its inclusion in the Book of Abstracts obliges at least one author to attend the JOCLAD2021 and present it.

Note: Aiming to improve the JOCLAD's scientific component, and following the previous editions, each person are allowed to present one paper and one or two posters maximum.
